Yes, you can. There are a lot of options available in shared housing which enable you to choose apartment-sharing that is not based on mixed-gender occupancy.

What is the minimum contact for rental?

A full house can be rented for a minimum of one month, but longer rentals will be better value for money.

What can I expect to pay for utility bills?

Electricity bills can be from 50Rm per month per person, depending on usage, while water and gas bills are between 10R per 10R per month each.

What facilities can I expect from the accommodation?

Apartments have a good range of facilities which include swimming pools, a gym, and sometimes tennis courts.

What about safety issues?
